About This Training
Halal certification is now mandatory in Indonesia under Law No. 33/2014 on Halal Product Assurance. Every food company must have a halal supervisor & internal audit system that are competent. This makes the Internal Halal Auditor's role essential.
This training is led by a trainer with IHATEC certification and experience as an international Halal Consultant (including Hanzhou Gelatin Industry, China), providing practical perspectives from MSMEs to export industries.

This training goes beyond theory and includes live audit simulations on the third day, when participants will cross-audit one another and receive feedback from the Lead Auditor.
Certification
Graduates of this training are entitled to receive Smartway Internal Halal Auditor Certificate recognized in the industry. For participants wishing to progress to the BNSP/IHATEC, we provide a fast-track route for competency exam preparation.
